Dave Ashcroft5 StarAlways get superb personal service from Burr St Mot and repair centre. They've kept my old van going and always manage to fit me in when 'aged vehicle' related TLC is needed.Friday 28th April 2023

Andy Stroud1 StarHad my sons car serviced here today, service was booked through service stop and unfortunately did not receive the hassle free service as promised. Driver arrived l20 minutes of the agreed time, service cost £600 as stated car was unsafe and required front discs, pads and rear brake cylinders cylinders were shot, all this despite the car only just recently passed Mot. Was told that were was well underway, parts were in stock only later to be told they were awaiting delivery of cylinders, car returned and therefore would be another four hours. Due to dispute requested old parts to be placed in boot to have them checked out, but car was delivered back without them, also son was expected to drop driver off. Absolutely shocking, avoid using service stop and this garage unless you are happy to have your pants pulled down and spanked. Wished I could rate this zero stars
Update
Today I have had two Independant garages look at the parts taken off from the vehicle. Both the mechanic and MOT tester have confirmed that the parts were not in need of replacing, the vehicle would not have failed an MOT and was roadworthy.
I contacted the garage who are unwilling to comment and have hair said I need to complain to servicestop.
Please do not use this garage as they are a complete rip offWednesday 9th March 2016
