Clearly there is a lot of unhappy staff here. They were clear on not liking Peugeot. All moaning about each other or customers. I think the manager here needs to tighten their ship. The lady behind the screens on the image was particularly good at moaning. No need to worry though as she is leaving in two weeks as she has given notice as Busseys offer a rubbish package. Never less the gents enjoyed the chat. Also she apparently “can’t be arsed”. It was ok the guy on the desk next door went over to help. Also she stated “ he is really cute, I would!” referring to a guy with tattoos. Apparently Wayne on the desk next door would too 🫣. Mildly entertaining but not very professional. Interesting to hear all the calls as loudspeaker was on. On a positive note, Ryan was working hard throughout. Kayla was totally professional and helpful so she seemed happy to be here.

My Peugeot vehicle ended up being recovered here as it was the closest Main Dealer to where I broke down. My interactions with Staff members were all encouraging from the outset, everybody seemed to be trying their best and was happy to help. Unfortunately, the positive impression from Staff only got me so far. They got my vehicle into the workshop to be looked at within a few days, but I wasn't informed about any diagnostic charges or what these would be; my first point of concern. I was then quoted an inordinate amount of money for the replacement of some fairly standard bits and bobs, and said quote didn't even include VAT or Labour. As such I contacted another main dealer regarding the same work, and they provided a quote that was almost HALF THE PRICE. Yes, another *main dealer* was offering a significantly cheaper price. I thought that maybe Busseys had quoted me on some special, expensive parts, and so asked for a budget option to be provided as well...only to be informed that my current quote was for the budget option. If this wasn't ridiculous enough, the video I was sent enough along with my health check showed what the technician claimed were pads and discs that were "100% worn". I've had another Technician look at the video, and he seemed convinced that there was actually "meat left on the bone" on these components. I am currently in the process of getting this verified, as I am aware that different garages use different standards for measuring these things. Further to this, Busseys also refused to price match on the tyres I wanted, and were even unable to provide them full stop - something that every other main dealer I have been to in my time offers to do. The best part about this whole experience? I was then informed of a £150 diagnostic fee that I had not been made aware of at the time of booking in, and I've since queried this with other dealers. According to two other main dealers, this fee is currently set at £80 by the manufacturer, so seems to be another gross over-inflation by Busseys! I think it is only fair that I mention here that I myself worked for Peugeot for 5 and a half years, and in that time I have never heard of anything like this. I would recommend not taking your Peugeot to Busseys for any maintenance work, as this dealer does not seem fit for purpose. I honestly feel bad for Staff having to work at a garage that just makes their jobs harder.

Busseys Hall Road is a good garage for repairs of Peugeot and Citroën cars. They attend to their customers nicely and ensure their repairs/services are carried out in record time.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Damage to our vehicle. Assumptions wrongly made. Our concerns about damage dismissed. Failure to send information requested. I will not ever recommend or use this dealership to anyone. Apparently this damage in the picture was AGED.

From arriving at the premises its pretty impossible to get parked due to vehicles being everywhere. You really do waste time looking for a parking space. Then enter into the reception area where the staff have zero enthusiasm for any customer interaction or connection with you. If you're looking for outgoing enthusiasm for the job or a feeling of, I enjoy my job here, then don't waste your time on these people, find another Peugeot Dealer, which is exactly what I'm going to do.
