Though well known within the local area, many clients from further afield are often surprised to discover that we are a small, family business, with strong roots in the rural community and can compete so successfully in the world of kitchen design.
Each of our kitchens is made specifically for the client and this process requires a 6-week lead-in for ordering. We do not operate a ‘one size fits all’ approach and your kitchens are designed and created according to your specific requirements. This provides a quality product with greater versatility in overcoming specific design requirements or meeting the challenges of unusual installation needs.

Steve Morris5 StarThe service from Mark and the team at Butlers has been excellent. The initial kitchen design by Stephen was exactly what we were looking for and required a only a few minor tweaks to settle on the final plan. The project management throughout was very good and we were kept up to date at all times. On a complicated project like this with numerous suppliers and trades there are bound to be glitches along the way but Mark kept us informed and kept the project on track. The various tradesmen offered by Butlers were all first class, they arrived when they were scheduled and completed their tasks on time. Their workmanship was always excellent. It obviously isn’t much fun to have your house invaded for several weeks but they were a pleasure to have around and always left the place as tidy as possible.
The end result is really excellent and we are very glad that we chose Butlers. I would recommend their services without hesitation.Tuesday 21st December 2021

nigel parrish5 StarMy rating would be a 10, because everyone concerned with the creation and fitting of the kitchen delivered excellent customer service and on occasions, went the extra mile!
At the outset, Stephen, who created the design didn't just give us a kitchen, he listened, came up with some great ideas and then Amy played her part, when we got down to sorting out the finer details.
The whole fitting team were also excellent and inspired confidence, in terms of how they tackled the job, how clean & tidy they left the room at the end of each day. Mark also didn't just fit the kitchen, there were a couple of things he drew to our attention and we were able make minor improvements to the finished kitchen. His quality standard and attention to detail was first class and he is a credit to your company.

It has been the subject of many complimentary comments from friends and relatives. The units are of a very high standard. Butler Interiors fitted all new kitchen appliances and all are still operating 11 years later. Some appliances were sourced from other firms. About 3 years ago BI carried out some alterations at our request and we were completely satisfied with the outcome.

The kitchen is perfect and has stood the test of time (3 years so far) without a fault or a blemish.
