Byfield Court is a residential service for adults aged 20-40 with learning difficulties and autism spectrum conditions. The service aims to work with people to support the development of each individual’s independence and autonomy within a group living space.  The importance of effective communication is central, and we strive to support people to participate in a wide range of meaningful activities, building their role within the wide community.

Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff. We work closely with the individual, families and health care professionals in order to provide the best care possible. People will be supported through person centred planning tailored towards their individual needs and focused on positive outcomes.
