Took van for mot. They said would ring when it's done. 4hrs later and no answer on their phone I went down. Van was parked up, no mot because not allowed to do it as its apparently class 7 and not 4. Didn't ring to tell me asap.

Great service work well done had new clutch. Only thing that let it down was how late I had to pick car up. Couldn't fault the mechanic though was very pleasant and got the job done as promised.
