Andy Vine5 StarPaul is spot on, knows Volvos inside out. He gives clear quotes for the work before it's done. The work was completed promptly and professionally using genuine Volvo parts staying at what was quoted and your paying less than half the hourly rate volvo charge. He doesn't up sell if the work doesn't need doing or you can get a few more months out of it He will tell you and not rip you off with unnecessary work that main dealers up sell and tell you it needs doing.
I would thoroughly recommend CIVC and have taken both our Volvos there for the last few years for everything from small jobs, routine services and major preventative maintenance works. Can't fault them, nothing is too much trouble for them.Thursday 14th April 2022
Aidan Richardson5 StarHaving recently acquired a well looked after second hand V70 T5 which had always been serviced and repaired at CIVC i decided to continue to use them despite living a little further away. Paul remembered the car and quickly pulled up its history on their system, and was able to provide friendly, professional advice on what it did and didn't need - saving me money and providing some extra confidence.
