Went for lunch with girlfriends, wasn't a good start as they'd not got our booking ,which we made online. Thankfully it wasn't a problem as there were tables outside. We were expecting table service but as we were outside you need to order at the kiosk. Drinks were ordered at the table and brought to us. Much better. Fish and chips were delicious. Thin crispy batter and tasty not soggy chips. Average prices for a prime location. Toilets clean, atmosphere, great and it was a sunny day.👍 I've given a four star as we'd of liked table service. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Proprietor was engaging with customers, all in all a very nice experience and place to eat, right on the beach.

Each time I’m visiting Brighton from London this is my place of choice. Good food freshly cooked and in a timely fashion. Staff are friendly and very hygienic. Met the owner today whilst eating in. What a lovely lady. I have seen her before but did not know she was the owner. Very humble and works along side the staff as an equal. This place stands out in an area of stiff competition. Very well done

I ate my fish and chips before I could even get a photo, it was that good! The breading was perfect - not mushy and not over fried. Same with the chips! They only offer cod, which is fine, but just take note if you only eat haddock. (And if you do only eat haddock, stop being picky and eat the cod! It’s just that good!) There’s beautiful outdoor seating and the staff is so sweet.

Being on the beach, we thought this place would be overrated, but actually was one of the best fish and chips we've had. Staff were super friendly and service was quick. We had cod and chips each and the food was so fresh with the right sized fish and perfect amount of chips (with lots of salt and vinegar). Would definitely return.

Me and my family travelled from Birmingham, and came across this chippy after a long day. The food was amazing and great quality but what really made the day was the owner. She was so lovely and kind. She welcomed us with an infectious smile and made sure we were happy. All the staff were awesome as well. I've literally never left a review on Google before but they were just so welcoming, this is the least I could do. Give them a visit if you're down in Brighton 👍
