I placed 2 orders this month, one in store which was fine but with all the add-ons expensive. The other order was placed on-line which was an easy enough experience however after two weeks of waiting I never received a notification to inform me the order had arrived (even though I had telephoned to ask) only to find the order was laying in the back when I went to the shop to again question them. On a positive note Steve in store was very friendly and helpful and Simon the Carpet fitter was very nice, friendly and fitted the carpet brilliantly.

Would definitely not recommend! Ordered carpet for 3 rooms at a decent cost, but when they came to fit, they realised they didn't have enough carpet...however they agreed to fit what they had and come back in x2 weeks to replace with the correct one. Cut to x4 MONTHS later! and they finally fit the correct size...guess what...it's the wrong colour! I have constantly tried calling and emailing, but they hardly ever answer the phone or reply to emails!! Terrible customer experience, and I'm only hoping they read this and actually do something. EDIT- Still no resolution despite "head office" getting the branch to try and resolve...they still never answer the phone, and when they do, they promise an email will follow...over a month later and still nothing. Considering legal advice at this point!
