Went to view a very low mileage BMW advertised for sale for £18,995 after calling James the day before to enquire about the condition of the car, oddly despite the car being for sale for a while there were no photos of the car on any of the websites it was advertised on, including their own. I wanted to be sure that the cars condition reflected the low mileage before traveling a 260miles round trip to view it, i explained this to James and was assured that the car was excellent condition and it’s low mileage was down to an elderly owner so the car was ‘mint’. He agreed to get the car from another branch for me to view by 9am and I told him I would see him at noon the next day. I arrived at noon and it was parked outside the main showroom so went for a quick look before finding James. I have never seen a car of this age with so much obvious accident damage, deep scratches and gouges all around the car, even the top of the boot lid had damage. I was in shock, if someone had told me that ‘this is a car previously used by joyriders or stolen recovered’ I would certainly agree that the condition suggests that is the case, 1 elderly owner though, I joked to my wife that perhaps it belonged to Stevie Wonder. Normally I would have just left and put it down to a difference of opinion of what ‘mint’ condition means or condition reflects the very low mileage (less than 17k miles) but I went to find James and told him who I was and that ‘ I was not at all interested in this car because of the extensive bodywork and paint damage, I explained that it is so fat from the condition he described it is actually ‘better described as a shed’. He agreed with me , and did tell me that he did think about calling me to let me know about the condition when he saw it as he was also shocked how bad it was, but he didn’t. I didn’t respond or want to waste any more time and I just left, never to return. I would never have posted this review if it was slightly different from the description given to me or if he had bothered to call me to give me a ‘heads up’ about the condition. Maybe he thought that I would actually want to buy it, who knows. Despite not actually buying a car from them I firmly believe that my ‘customer experience’ speaks for itself, a waste of time and also the associated costs incurred traveling there. Anyone can make a mistake, but I have my own view on this wasted day.

After buying cars for over 30 odd years, have to say that Neil and colleagues were a real breath of fresh air…they were by far better than the main dealer I have used for new car purchases….a certain German manufacturer with a three pointed star! Gave £1600 more too for our part exchange. Highly recommended.

Collected a car from here for a customer, the car was in a bit of poor state scratches all over car worse on bonnet, there was empty crisp packet and half bottle of water and a empty can energy drink left in car. The locking wheel nut was missing. Paint damage through bird droppings on bonnet and also on roof.

I brought a car from here last October and have since had every problem under the sun. The second day after I got the car it went into limp mode. I had contacted the garage as the car was still under warranty and was promised I’d be called back as the man who sold me the car was currently on the phone well that never happened. I am a student nurse so I relay heavily on my car and to spend 10.5k on something that has a new issue every week is terrible. i live in wsm so it’s not as if I can drive down to the garage every-time I have a problem. I will definitely be telling friends and family to avoid this car garage Just seems they want to take students money and not do anything about it.
