We kennelled our chow Loki very recently at Caspian when my husband was taken into hospital as an emergency. Tony was fantastic and came to pick him up as I can't drive and he's been looked after so very well while he's been there. He's really blowing his coat too now and Tony and Joy and co have been brushing him daily for us. Loki has taken to Tony and Joy very well and we couldn't have asked for better people to look after him. They've dropped Loki back off to us today as well which we have been very thankful for. Thanks very much for doing such a fantastic job. We have very much appreciated it and recommend Caspian Kennels with 5 Stars - they really are excellent.

Lovely lady, very helpful and flexible with dropping off and picking up. She'd never been in kennels before, so I was worried, as she is 11. But she had a love week. I'll definitely be using them again, and would recommend them. Thank you for looking after Mia

I would give no stars if possible. This kennels needs shutting down, they don't look after your animals properly and the place is unsafe. The only good thing about this place was my daughter and she has left. Animals mistreated, staff working in unsafe environment and un trained staff. I would rather stay at home than go on holiday leaving my animals here.

Absolutely appalled by the service received from these "delightful people." Left dogs with with Caspian Kennels in Loughborough for 5 days. Upon return, they hadn't returned the dogs blankets, toys, the huge bag all their goods were in and most of all the dog vaccination cards were all missing. We went away at the end of July 2016 and it now the middle of October 2016. After 3months of dodging my calls, texts and even going to them personally, they still couldn't help and the response we received was "well I don't know what happened to them. I'm sorry." After 3 months this is the response I received. UNACCEPTABLE!!! After getting very, very frustrated, they did say "oh, we can check the attic." Why would they be in the attic when they should've been filed away properly for me and my Mrs. to collect upon returning from holiday only 5 days later. Appalling service, lack of competence and clearly a lack of intelligence when they tried to make up excuses for why the items were all still missing. DO NOT GO TO CASPIAN KENNELS IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS!!!
