Michael Bridge5 StarThis was a super clean environment. The staff greeted me warmly. They offered me a complimentary drink and a comfy seat whilst I waited.
I was there for an MOT, this was cheap and swift (took about 2hrs). The mechanics were friendly.

I had a bit of trepidation given my previous experience but I saw Dom and he was superb. He fully understood my reasons for selling the car (not primarily my previous Cazoo experience) and he was friendly, quick and efficient. The full funds were in my account within minutes. It was a good from beginning to end, the website was easy to navigate.
After the purchase I received emails and messages with updates and what steps to do.
We decided to collect the car at Cazoo in Exeter, the team in there sure makes Cazoo proud. Special mention to Dominic for his knowledge and welcoming and Pipe for her friendliness. To be honest the all team on the day were welcoming and made the experience top notch.
Buying a car online for the first time I wasn't sure but it turn out to be a good choice. The car is in great shape, they did a MOT just days before I picked up the car, engine was cleaned and looks brand new, interiors smells like new and look as such.
It's only the first week but so far so good, the 90 day warranty gives us peace of mind.
