Asked Cameron to come and fix a leaking roof shortly after we moved in. He came promptly and fixed some loose slates for the quoted price. He also suggested fixing a bit of flashing on the chimney (charged extra for this). Together this was quite a lot of money. Soon after the leak was worse than ever! Tried for 4 weeks to get CD roofers back in. He kept saying he'd come when the rain stopped but never turned up. Stopped answering calls and texts. Local roofers went up today and showed me just how much work needed doing. They're fixing the whole thing for a lot less than CD roofers charged for a few slates. The work on the chimney that CD roofers must have done (and charged extra for) looks really shoddy and just isn't working. Don't recommend.

Repairs were not undertaken adequately, and our roof still leaks despite spending £400. They have not replied to me or my partner with a re-repair date - and we have been asking them to return and fix this problem since 30th December 2020. Avoid at all costs.

Very similar to the previous posts. Spent £650 repairing leaks in two chimneys. The leaks are worse than ever and I've tried to get them back to complete (it was 'guaranteed') but it has been 4 months now. I hate to write negative posts but I've been really let down and massively out of pocket.
