Craig Burton5 StarI came across this local firm when I was looking for a fire assessment and update the security on a warehouse. As they advertise both services they were the obvious choice and I was extremely surprised at the excellent service. While the engineer's were at my premises I was having problems with a light fitting and asked for their advice and within a couple of minutes they had sorted it out for me. Maria mead5 StarFantastic service. I spoke to Stuart yesterday and he was here today. We needed our burglar alarm re-set. From start to finish, I found Stuart to be knowledgeable, friendly and he explained everything clearly about how to go about putting in our own user code, etc. A lot of other firms I had contacted wanted to install a new alarm system but Stuart was up-front and honest from the start and told me he could sort it out easily and he DID! Dash Zar1 Star2 of their van continually parking on double yellow lines near Ramsgate Harbour making access into our home very difficult, in the already tight streets, after asking one of the drivers not to do this he was rude and dismissive, very unproffessional and not someone I would want working in my home.Friday 7th January 2022
