T Hutchinson5 StarAbsolutely fantastic service from the team here at Hoveton. Sincere thanks to James the optician, James who carried out the tests and helped me choose the frames and lenses, and Mel the practice manager for their outstanding service and advice, I’m extremely short-sighted and have always found it very difficult to obtain an accurate prescription and frames/lenses that work for me. The team at Cecil Amey have delivered on every front. Thank you so much!Saturday 19th November 2022

Barry Edwards3 StarFirst time trying them and have to say that I am not convinced. Had eye test and purchased 2 pairs of glasses which were not cheap. Problems started with the eye test when the field of view test kept crashing. Was still charged full price though. After collecting the glasses and looking more closely at home I saw that one of the lenses appeared to be too big for the frame which hadn't closed properly. The original screw had been changed on one side so that they no longer matched. Sorry but that might be OK for somebody repairing their glasses at home but not from a professional optician at that price. Somebody obviously had no pride in their work. Took them back and they are being replaced but have now been waiting 2 weeks to get them back. Doesn't really matter how pleasant the staff are, and they are, but if that is their standard for quality I will be trying one of the discount opticians next time.Saturday 28th August 2021
Barbara Ellis5 StarI have been a customer of this group since the late eighties. I have always found them to provide an excellent service. I have a health condition that requires monitoring and I have always been well looked after. I now attend the Wroxham branch and the staff are super professional, helpful and politeFriday 22nd June 2018
