Perfect pressure, felt like I was floating, really professional and a very lovely person. I will definitely be back as much as I can for top up express treatments.

Gemma has the most amazing touch and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed as I have lower back and hip pain problems. Lora Hull5 StarI have been to Central Therapies twice now and have seen both therapists. I have had a hot stones massage with Gemma (absolutely gorgeous and with the perfect pressure!) and then reflexology with Clare (wasn’t sure what to expect first time round I won’t lie to you - it was very relaxing and also she was able to tell me all kinds of things from my feet alone), and I enjoyed it so much that I’m going back again this week for my second session. I love that the shop is local to me, there is parking nearby if you need it and you come away feeling refreshed! The staff are lovely and there is a real welcoming atmosphere - a welcome haven off the main road! Definitely one to try out 💫Tuesday 25th October 2022

I felt totally relaxed, on a very comfy and cosy heated bed, underneath fresh fluffy towels, relaxing music and Gemma made me feel totally at ease and very relaxed :)
