Rude people, ordered glass told to collect Friday - it wasn't ready even though we had the work booked in by fitters, this ended up costing us money. We then got told to come and collect today (Friday) between 1 - 4pm got to the door and it was locked up, knocked on the door a lady came to answer and said they're closed at 3:00pm despite it saying 4:00pm on the front door, on their website and we were told it on the phone, she said she can't help us, even though she was stood right there, and able to go and get the glass. This isn't the first time as the lady was extremely rude to us on the phone on a previous occasion, also have signs up on the building saying we cut glass here and it's an absolute lie as they don't. Avoid this shambles of a company only use if you're absolutely desperate and keep your fingers crossed

These guys are amazing. We had a full house and conservatory fitted out by them and then 10 years later we had an issue with a loose window lock. They came round and fixed it the same day without quibbling! Unbelievable customer service and great to have a company you can trust to live up to their guarantee! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everybody. Thanks Chapel Windows, you gave us the best customer service we've eve4 experienced.
