A combination of expertise and really good customer service means that I would have no hesitation in recommending M Chapman. I was really impressed by the way I as a customer was looked after and they did a really good job with the repair. My car was washed aftewards and I have never seen the alloys so clean! Mr. Chapman himself stayed late to wait for me to collect my car. Not only that, but he went out of his way to drop off my mobile phone which i had left behind. All in all, really good experience.

Sam was very helpful and attended to my car almost immediately. I had a new wing mirror to be fitted and some tea cutting on the panels to be done. Enjoyed the biscuits and coffee upstairs too.

I had an clutch master cylinder replaced on my Audi TT, the guys were professional, delivered on time and gave my car a wash which was a really nice touch, well recommend the new place is also very clean and smart.
