First time ordering from here. Waited an hour to receive 2 Pizzas that looked like oil had been poured over them. One was supposed to be Deep Pan but it was the same thickness as the Thin Crust we ordered. Also ordered a Chicken wrap and chips. The wrap was cold and the chips resembled rubber toy food. They were cold, dry and so pale they looked almost raw. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Well...where do I start? The food was cold. The chicken wrap was burnt. The mushrooms were shrivelled. We were told that delivery would be 59 minutes. There was no food and so we rang up and were told it was on the way before the rude man hung up the phone on us. After 11 minutes there was still no food! I then rang up because he did not have my number. I asked how long wait times were to be told it was 55 minutes. I told him I had been waiting 71 minutes. He did not seem bothered. So I replied with “I am good at maths and therefore know that 71 take away 55 means...I have been waiting too piggin long!” He did not seem too fussed and told me my food was on the way to which I replied “you don’t know my address!” He is a liar!! I told him that we were not willing to pay and hung up! The poor delivery lass arrived a good fifteen minutes after that (26 minutes after being told it was on the way from shaddongate to Sewell road) and when I told her we were not willing to pay she said she would have to call him. He said she was to either take the food back or we had to pay full price!! DISGRACEFUL! We told her that we would be leaving a bad review and for her to tell the man! The chicken wrap was burnt and dry so we rang up once again and all he offered was to send another. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE RUDE. THE FOOD IS HORRID. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND TIME!

Took almost 2 hours to receive the food and when it came it was as dry as a bone. Wraps were thins and un edable. When initially placing the order the person on the phone was nothing but rude and when calling back to see why the order was taking so long he hung up. Avoid this place.

30/10/2017 delivered for these well my friend Sheila did for 35 pound for 4 solid hours disgusting pay told my friend she ain't doing it again also have got somebody looking in to her wages as this is disgusting she used all her petrol for nothing basically beware people if u work for these. Thanks :)

I travel the UK with my job and this has to be the tastiest Kebab, i have ever had. The place was spotless, the staff friendly and i hope to visit again soon.
