SE Commissaire5 StarI think I had the best steak pie and chips I have ever had last night when I stayed overnight at the Charlton Inn... the meat was delicious and great portions. Lovely pub, staff very friendly and a great selection on the menu. Everything I saw being served looked well presented and appealing. My room was in a little annex, was nice and clean and well presented. Located in a small village, there's a fantastic walk nearby on a disused railway line. Much nicer than the travelodge I also looked at when booking, and cheaper too!Sunday 17th April 2022
