Alex Derry1 StarHad tyres changed to a new alloy. Pressure in the tyres exceeded 50 PSI when cold. This nearly caused an accident later that day. When asked about the situation through Facebook page I was blocked. I then rang up to talk about the situation and potential damage to my tyres. They showed a lack of interest in my situation and proceeded to put the phone down and wouldn’t answer again. I then rang off my girlfriends phone to discuss what happened with them again. Complete lack of interest in the safety aspects and lack of knowledge about tyres. Extremely disgusted with the service.Friday 20th May 2022
