This was the closest fried chicken place I could find to where I was in Blackburn at the time. Got one 3 piece chicken meal and a chicken fillet meal. The wai was quite frustrating considering fried chicken is supposed to be quick and 'on the go' type of takeaway food. The upside however was that the chicken was fresh and piping hot. This I really enjoyed. The fillet meal however was rather disappointing. That fillet was thin and dry. The bun was nicely toasted however. Nice sauces, garlic Mayo and chilli. No standard mayo however which seemed a bit odd. We sat in. Seating was upstairs however, I could not sit my 2 boys upstairs because there's no way of knowing when your order is ready. You just have to keep coming down and check. So was stood round for quite some time. It was £5.50 for the fillet meal and I think £6.50 for the 3 piece chicken meal. If this was in Bradford and next to Salahs or Bd8 UKFC it wouldn't last long but I suppose Blackburn is a little pricier for slightly lesser quality food

orderd food from here. most order is missing. and cold rest off order. ring them about the order. they said they will be about 20/30 minutes. it's nearly 1 hour still not food come. rang again and they said few minutes again. 😡😡😡😡😡 never again.

Rang to chase up an order 45minutes after placing it told by staff food just left shop. Boy was I in for a shock no delivery so had to call 3 times to chase it all staff saying same thing “foods left shop although they said that minutes earlier. Shop closed no answer food turns up 1hr late. Ridiculous! Wudnt advise paying for food up front in future with this place.

Just been in and as I went remove cash from my wallet the 5 pound note tore … I asked the lad behind the counter for some tape . He advised there is some tape at the next counter …as I moved to the next counter the lad said yes not going to take the ripped note … I asked why and there was no policy quoted just that “my boss has said I can’t” the boss obviously was not in .. I explained it’s still legal tender and by law it should be accepted.. no response bar “my boss said”,I have been eating here 5,days a week for quite some time now …and it’s all about te way the information is conveyed to a customer … there was no empathy and was void of any form a human touch …just a very very blank and unfriendly manner … another “valued” customer lost … to be honest I’m actually quite pleased this has happened as it was merely a matter of convenience that i went there …. Keep your greasy fatty slop … healthy times here we come

...so we ordered about £45 worth of food ..and after waiting for about 40 minutes for food my sister rang to enquire about how much longer it would be, he responded its on way...it arrived 25 mins later. The way my sister was spoken to on the phone, by the idiots who work there was disgusting. To the owner/manager..you really need to teach the pathetic, jahil 'men' that work there how to speak to people with respect and manners. WE MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
