Taverham 14th May 2022 Taverham Open Day! Inviting Chestnut families Taverham 6th Apr 2022 I began my childcare career in 2012 after having my own family. I qualified with a Diploma Level 3 Early Years Educator. I first became a manager in 2015 in a small village pre-school where my own children attended. I have had a wealth of experience managing different nurseries, being able to help children develop and be fortunate enough to really make a difference to their families too. It is the small achievements the children make that reinstates every day why I chose this career. Seeing a child’s eyes light up when they realise they have built the tallest tower or remembered a nursery rhyme is very special. I have just begun my journey with Chestnut Nursery School and already feel part of a very unique family that always puts the child’s needs first. I have 15+ years’ experience working with children of all ages. I have a level 3 qualification in childcare. I have managed a nursery before so know I can support Sam here at Chestnut Nursery School Taverham. I am married with 2 grown up children, a son, and a daughter. I am also a proud nanny to my grandson Theo who will be 2 next month. I love spending time with my family, 4 dogs, 2 potbellied pigs and sheep. I love working in the baby room as being a mum and nanny, I feel I have a very maternal nature. I love the transition from babies to little independent individuals who have developed their own character.

Just wanted to say this is a fantastic nursery, our little girl is always so excited to go, always comes home really eager to tell us what she had learnt during the day. The manager Sam and her team are really doing a fantastic job!
