Nuria Ortuño1 StarWe ordered some food after waiting for 1 hour and not received confirmation from them, the webpage said the order had been delivered. We tried to call but they didn't answer the phone, contacted help service on the Web page and said that the food would take 40 min longer. We cancelled it.
This is the third time it has happened to us. First one, arrived 1 hour and 30 min late, second one was on Christmas and we thought it was understandable.
