They are rude and incompetent they have marked the sofa ..grease from the van .driver was contacted and promised to ring back never did.. spoke to the store manager who said nothing to do with them yet they are the delivery service offered . Bashed the porch and dragged across the floor with zero covering on beige sofa.i have photos on my ring doorbell. Left the warehouse in good condition- as marked on the receipt -arrived filthy. Driver was obnoxious and arrogant...Chuckle brothers would have done a better job..Do not pay for deliveryMonday 16th January 2023
