Anna Winn1 StarAt around 5 minutes before closing my mum was at the checkout of this shop - unfortunately she couldn’t remember the exact maintenance dose of vitamin D. She was just about to ring her partner who is a doctor to ask very quickly when one of the shop staff said to her “you know we don’t get paid past closing - so you are making us all late”. Little did the staff know my mum is a NHS nurse - who had stayed late at work 2 hours late the previous evening caring for patients. Just a little bit of awareness in the current climate might be appropriate - you never know who you are talking to, my mum stays late and goes above and beyond and the lady in the health food shop can’t silence her frustrations for 2 minutes. A bit of perspective goes a long way.Saturday 21st November 2020
Tracy Beck5 StarI've been into this shop for the first time and It won't be my last time! It's so big inside, it's quite deceiving from the outside. I explained what my problem was and I was given a few different products to choose from. I picked my product and went to pay and the lovely lady that had helped me gave me additional info books and leaflet. The service was top class! joyce ross1 StarMe and my daughter went to the herbal shop on Friday,a young lad said a lady had rang and asked if they had a certain herb in the shop .He had said he told the lady that he would put it behind the desk until tomorrow. The other lady assistant said in front of all the other customers no we don't do that ,
Poor training for the lad
If you are going to tell a staff off ,she should of done it ,away from customers

Heather Miller5 StarVisited recently and asked for advice on Vitamin B Complex. The staff member was very helpful in the dosage and when to take it.
Plus the products on offer seemed to be a tad cheaper than that bigger "Health" store.
The shop is clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly.
