As a landlord of more than 10 years, I’ve dealt with Christine and always trusted her professional property management experience.  We were more than happy to have Christine’s Property Management take on our holdings as soon as an opportunity arose.  Superb, efficient and trustworthy service even in a challenging situation.  But honestly, no less expected.  If thinking about letting, you should understand that larger outfits do struggle to provide service that you can rely on.  You get limited time for your fees.  CPM completely reverses this paradigm!  From tenant selection, marketing through to day-to-day handling of issues, CPM’s attention to service and detail is second to none.  We’ve dealt with a lot of property managers…   I have used Christine’s Property Management for two years and have been very impressed.  She has assisted me with day to day maintenance issues, to far more complex matters.  Her knowledge and professionalism are second to none, I am so pleased I chose Christine’s Property Management as I know my property is in safe hands;  I particularly find the continuity and personal touch so much more appealing than being a number in a much larger corporate organisation.  I cannot recommend Christine highly enough. Best management company I’ve ever used.  Very friendly, organised and efficient.  Keeps you up-to-date with any maintenance issues which are repaired promptly.  Highly recommend this company.  Very pleased with all aspects of Christine’s professionalism and expertise in finding tenants and arranging everything for a stress free rental process.

First, I would like to thank Christine - Christine's Property Management for helping us to move to a lovely flat which was a dream for me in the new country. I appreciate her organizing skills, right from viewing the property she shown great character and detailed out every single information which she is aware and even she did suggest me how of make an offer to the landlord :) Her documentation, rapid turnaround time with clear advice on the process offered us an hassle free move to the new house. I think, this makes her unique from other letting agents. I am extremely glad that she responded to her level best to all queries and patiently answered to our late office hour calls. Overall, she's so kind, caring and responsible person to give us some good memories on the process of moving to our new house. BRILLIANT, 1st time using Christine. I read a review from Google and decided to give the service a try, I was very pleased. Christine was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. A throughly professional service. In the past I’ve had other bigger companies rent my properties out, who did not have the keen eye and thoroughness Christine brought to the table. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone, especially anyone new like I was. Super women.

Christine is a very hands on & reliable property manager, meaning she is efficient in getting things done & provides a great service to both landlords & tenants alike. She has definitely gone the extra mile (much appreciated) with problems that have arisen in the property I rent (even on Christmas Eve!), but together with my great landlord she has solved the problem. If it’s not something she can personally assist with she has a team of people who will sort the problem for you. Thanks Christine!

I have never met a nicer, more helpful estate agent. I have been looking for properties in London for a while now and though my application for a property via Christine was unsuccessful, she has been incredibly helpful and I’m so glad I came across her business. She directed me through the process of open houses, made time to organise a video viewing, and also took the time to give feedback after placing an offer of interest as to why I could have been unsuccessful which was invaluable. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking in the London area.
