I have ordered from here multiple times over the last couple of months and all of the orders bar the last one have been perfect, good delivery time and the food has been great. Unfortunately I placed an order on Sunday for delivery and they got the order wrong three times in a row. Each time the order was delivered it was completely wrong. Twice I returned it and explained on the phone the issue with the order and after the third time I asked to cancel it and receive a refund as it was turning out to be more hassle than it was worth. I was told that I would receive the refund in "24 hours". Since then I has spoken to them 3 more times to be told that it would be a further "24 hours". Today, after STILL not receiving the refund I contacted them to be told that I "Need to call the bank, it is not the shops problem". They proceeded to end the call and block my number. At this point I don't even want the money back, they obviously need it more than I do. The staff are unbelievably rude and clearly have no idea how to issue a simple refund for a mistake they made not once, not twice but three times in a row. To block a customers number rather than issue a refund, despite numerous attempts to resolve it is horribly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Food and delivery times were great however delivery driver who was employed by the store was asking lots of questions about the value of items inside my home might just be coincidence but it made me feel very uneasy and I would not order from them again for this reason

My wife and I fancied burgers and cheesy fries. The food arrived quickly and well packaged. Both my double cheeseburger and my wife's chicken burger were amazing and the cheesy fries were delicious.
