Really impressed with how Wayne on Motability Desk at Kidderminster Motor House Citroen has treated us since we walked into the showroom 2 weeks ago. The gentleman who first greeted us was very friendly too and let us sit in several cars while we waited - to get an idea of what we like. At the first meeting we were offered a test drive the following Thursday. Then at test drive I drove a C3 Aircross, lovely to try out, and confirmed we wanted one. Wayne had already told us what paperwork to bring down so we got it all through on the computer and approved. We discussed colours and wait times and as we are not precious about the colour of the car we were told we could have a car within 2 weeks! Wayne was gentle and enthusiastic throughout the process. We are very happy with the Citroen Motor House and their performance indeed. The cars in the Citroen range at the moment are full of character but are some of the most practical cars available. Even more than that though it helps to have a car dealership that is willing to build a good, friendly working relationship with the customers. No hard sell. Honest advice and support. Enthusiasm at the point of sale. I really can't fault them. Thank you .

Bought my second car from here and generally had a good experience. The sales staff didn't hard sell me which I really appreciated. I talked to them honestly about another car I was looking at and they were helpful with discussing the pros and cons. I had trouble getting to the dealership to pick up the car and they picked me up from the local train station with no issues. The car looked great and very clean and tidy when I went to pick up and test drive. They also helped me through the process where I was unsure. So far, I love my new car and have had no issues.

My grandad has just bought his car from here, after having one from them last year but unfortunately having it written off. Both sales were brilliant, by Andy and Paul. Paul was very helpful and very easy to talk to and get along with and the whole process was straight forward with no pressure at all, they made sure that what they were selling was up to standard and running well, Paul even offered to give my grandad a lift if I couldn’t 🤗 always a pleasure visiting Kidderminster Motor House!

I met Sarah today with a view to applying for a Motability car and she was really helpful and definitely non pushy and explained everything to me and I am absolutely delighted with the choice I have made. I would highly recommend Citroen Kidderminster Motor House if you are looking for a Motability car and can't say enough good things about my visit today. A very pleasant experience all round.
