My roof was very old (original from 1960s) and had started to leak into the house. I called up Classic roofing in the morning and John was out to look at the issue by the afternoon. He was very knowledgable and got up on the roof immediately to inspect where the leak may be coming from. Other roofers either didn't return my calls or never showed up. With in a matter of a couple days I met with Marcus who was very straight forward about what needed to be done with a 'no B.S.' approach to the cost of the job. After we agreed how much of the roof to replace, the team was out and completed work in 3 days. This was to replace 1/2 of the roof on my home. Whole team of guys are very friendly and professional. Roof looks great, no more leaks and everything cleaned up. I think they actually left the property cleaner than they found it! I'll be ringing Marcus back in the near future to do the other half of my roof with confidence the work will be done at a high level. I definitely recommend Classic Roofing if you need roof repairs/replacement in the Northwest.

Cannot recommend them enough. Did a great job repair my chimney and roof over a year ago. Had a leak appear (from a different area) and they were so quick to come and repair it. Recommended them several times and will continue to do so

Not only were the team so reassuring towards me but I could not fault the quality of their work. The whole team were very professional and responded to me in good timing. I’ve used this company already before and they were always so professional and helpful and quality of their work is exceptional! Which is why I contacted Marcus and his team for help as I had a water leak from the bad storm the night before at 2am! They turned it round so so quickly as I rung them first thing and they were here and fixed the issue before 12.

We have a semi detached bungalow over a garage that has had roof problems ongoing for three years. It's a tiled roof with two flat parts front and back over the bedrooms. Leaks have been on and off in different locations ongoing. We'd had repairs and replaced the flat roof's in the past but the problems have always returned. The chimney which is part across our house and the neighbours seemed to be the cause of many of the leaks. We decided to go for a full re-roof and have the chimney removed to resolve what felt like never ending leaks. We saw about six roofing companies for quotes and chose Marcus and Classic Roofing & Building. Initially we were going to have to wait three weeks for our roof to be done due to their busy schedule but the rain and storms were really intense and we were getting water in the back bedroom every day and so Marcus kindly shuffled around his jobs to squeeze us in earlier. The scaffolding went up just before the weekend and work started the following Monday, and we had between four and eight guys here each day working on the roof, bringing in the materials, and tidying up the rubble. Ironically, we had hot sunshine at this point and the guys worked very hard through it. They were here prompt every morning at 8am and always put in a full shift with some serious grafting getting done. We got on well with them and genuinely thought they were a credit to their company, all of them. What I really liked though was that Marcus came every day to inspect the work. Having him pop around each day, even if it was just for a short time, showed to us he really cared about making sure things were done properly. And any little blips or niggles that were raised (we had an issue with our back door) were dealt with promptly. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Marcus and Classic Roofing and Building. They were professional throughout the whole week the job took and tidied up well afterwards. I don't personally know a lot about roof's but it looks better than ever and a couple of weeks on we've had no leaks at all (despite more bad weather). We'd go back to Marcus in a heartbeat if we needed another job done. Wouldn't even bother calling anyone else for a quote. Good company run by a genuine nice guy who will take care of your building work in a proper and professional manner.
