We were recommended to Clements. Delivery was over 3 weeks late, which meant the marina charged us more for storage ashore. Then they charged us more than quoted without any prior agreement. The new prop shaft looked great - oddly, it was longer than the old one (how/why?). Sadly, I can't recommend them. Order placed in the name of Rob Heath - we're co-owners of the boat.

First class. Very helpful from the first point of contact to a very prompt and efficient service. Price charged was less than originally quoted as was the turnaround time. They calculated the spec for my prop perfectly. 1st class, would highly recommend.

Having had a prop shaft manufactured by Clements I contacted them for dimensions so that a new propeller could be made. Clements furnished me with dimensions and taper details that were wrong. A propeller was subsequently made which did not fit. They were aware of the purpose and furnished details without any caveat to say they were not reliable. I contacted Clements who initially offered to manufacture a new prop shaft but then agreed to pay for the propeller to be sent to be re made. Having accepted responsibility , Paul Williams went back on the word of Michael, the sales person , and refused to reimburse the propeller supplier. After numerous calls he finally returned a call to say 'we will not give you any money please stop calling us,' and put the phone down. Use this company at your own risk.
