Sue Mcgilligan1 StarTalk the talk but can't walk the walk! Referred there by Cynthia Spencer Hospice for non complex EoL nursing care. All very pleasant when shown round and saying how efficient and effective their care is, but then said they couldn't meet the needs of the individual but refused to do an assessment! I question how they could be registered for nursing care yet say they cannot provide BASIC NURSING CARE? But the do have a lovely glossy brochure....
Thank you for your response which is pure nonsense! You did not undertake an assessment and therefore did not follow your own processes. Fortunately we found Symphony Care home. No glossy brochure just excellent care. If you can't provide BASIC NURSING CARE it goes to show that profit is your only interest!Wednesday 13th November 2019
