I always preferred this co-op out of the two in Byfleet. Staff were always more friendly. However the past few times we have shopped in this store, the staff don’t seem as friendly & you feel like you are being constantly watched, which makes us feel very uncomfortable.

Some of the staff members really need to learn some good manners. On several occasions I went to buy from that shop and at the check out I was welcomed by the same looking angry gentleman. I don't know if he has a bad day every day but the scanning process doesn't give him a good mood. The way is trowing the groceries in the bag or on top of the bag is appalling. Let this man have a holliday

Byfleet Co op Thursday 9 Nov 6.30pm Excellent customer service, exceeding my expectations thank you. My 8 year old son came in while I was outside with my sleeping toddler and the staff helpfully spotted he needed some assistance. The salesman even came out to clarify the request and offer an alternative and explain what he doing. Wow! Thank you from a very happy customer. It's a small co-op with most of the essentials. They do electricity and gas top ups as well as others bits. Cash machine right outside. Staff are all friendly and helpful too.
