I had Coalville kitchens to install my kitchen in March 2022. I can honestly say from the moment I walked into the showroom I was bowled over with the quality and the service I received on the day. From start to finish everything went so smoothly. The workmanship and support from every member of staff is second to none. Coalville kitchens exceeded my expectations, everybody was so professional, helpful and attentive to detail from start to finish! I absolutely love my kitchen and the fitter was a perfectionist! The information provided and the help and reassurance along the way was very welcomed as I have never done this before. I also had a lot of delays with the purchase of my house (as I booked the kitchen before even exchanging) and they were very supportive of the problems I had and patient! I would not hesitate in recommending them!

We used Coalville Kitchens in November last year, after deciding to choose a local business rather than Wren Kitchens. We were willing to pay a higher price for good customer service & excellent project management during extremely difficult Covid times. The quality of our kitchen is superb & the fitting was carried out to an extremely high standard. Sourcing our white goods and range cooker proved tricky but to give Coalville Kitchens their due they were able to work miracles, despite a supply problem due to Covid. The completion took longer than anticipated but was well worth the wait. A few months after install we had an issue with our Quooker tap & Luke was able to offer us advice & support in resolving this. We are so pleased with how our kitchen looks, feels & functions. Thank you so much to all at Coalville Kitchens for your great work & customer service!!!
