Me and my wife found a car Will had for sale that ticked a lot of boxes. We travelled over 120Miles to view it, when we arrived we very please with it as the advert perfectly matched the car. Will had actually just finished washing the car again so we left with it in top condition. He knew loads about the cars specifications and talked though all the features in detail. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I saw my car advertised on autotrader I fell in love and instantly messaged Will. Although I’m want available straight away to view the car - he held off anyone else viewing it before me because I had asked first and wanted to give me a chance to view it first which I was extremely grateful for. When I drove just over an hour to view my car, I fell in love even more and it was exactly how it was described and he even put a fresh MOT and Service on it for me - again, super grateful!! I wanted to wait a few months untill posting my review to really make sure that I was 100% happy with Will’s service but I can 100% assure anyone else who is looking to buy from Will that you will not be disappointing with his enthusiasm and knowledge about cars!! He was more than happy to answer every question and query I had regarding the car. It was a pleasure doing business with Will and I will not hesitate to revisit.

I had some misgivings about buying a used car from a small dealer based at the other end of the country from me, but the car as presented on the Coles Auto Collective website ticked the boxes and I’d been searching for a while. So, after various telephone discussions about the car, p/ex arrangements etc with Will, the dealer, we agreed to meet at a midpoint location where I could view and test drive the car, before coming to a final decision. This involved some risk and expense for both myself and Will, given that we both had to drive several hundred miles, but I’m glad to say that the condition of the car was as presented and as described during our conversations. After a short test drive, I had no concerns about completing the deal. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Will, a young guy who comes across as enthusiastic and knowledgeable and who made every effort to honestly address all of the queries and issues I raised over the course of the sale. This personal touch made a nice change from the big, franchised dealers that I’d normally do business with - where you know that you’re basically just an entry on a spreadsheet. I have no hesitation in recommending that you give Coles Auto Collective a try if you’re looking for a good used vehicle, either from their current stock or if you have particular car in mind that they may be able to help you find.

Great experience with Coles Auto Collective after buying a sweet little high spec Mazda 2. No fussing or pushy sales and Will is not only friendly and easy going, but very knowlageble about each of his vehicles (I recommend checking out some of his other YouTube videos other than the car that you're looking at for an idea). It all works as a pleasant buying experience. Will is someone who selects the cars that he places on his sales list with great care in order to find some of the best examples. With a fair price and plenty of advice, I'm very pleased with my purchase which ended up as a no-brainer for me, and I intend to give it the same care that it's extensive service history and Coles AC have given it up until now - Many thanks!

Excellent service from start to finish. Will travelled the car down to us which many garages won’t do and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept in the loop with everything going on. The car was great value for money and we are super happy with it. Thank you Will for everything.
