All Appointments

We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. We reserve the right to make a charge and ask for a non refundable deposit on future appointments.

Colour Appointments

New tighter regulations imposed on us, together with our commitment to the proffessional customer care you would expect from Combers Inside Out hair salon, therefore we will require all guests having a colour appointment to receive a skin sensitivity test before we can proceed. We appreciate this may seem like an inconvenience especially as only 1.5% experience an allergic reaction, but we don’t want it to be you. If you have a Colour appointment booked and you have not had an AAT (Alergy Alert Test) for 6 months, call 01823 334331 to arrange this quick and free test in the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment.

So glad to have Zeke do my hair. Zeke is highly attentive and always strikes the right balance between listening to what his client wants whilst intuitively using his own creative style. He always talks through a continuity plan of what we’re doing with colour and I trust his experience. The result is perfect. Highly recommend- not had anyone better cut my hair.

She listens to what I’d like and even if it’s the same as before, she takes the time to check through the details. I’m always happy with the result and leave feeling happy with my hair and that I’ve had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Laura also gives honest and useful advice without pressure or upselling so I feel informed about products and can make my own decision about whether to buy them and use them myself. Megan also offered some suggestions on what would work well with my hair, which I really liked. Looking forward to my cut and colour appointment next week.
