This company is absolutely shocking, avoid at all cost. They picks and choose when they visit your family member, if you’re 3 times a day you’ll be lucky to get twice and they’ll charge you full whack… using excuses like lack of staff and now today petrol shortage 😂, fuel shortages have been going on 2 days these problems have been going on months. So what are you actually doing with the hundreds that we are paying along with many more. Unfortunately it seems there’s a lot of minimum paid staff who have the motto minimum pay minimum effort
