Supporting You Through Covid-19

I would like to take this opportunity to inform all our customers of the current state of our operations. Following government advice, Walker Fire will operate on a reduced capacity.  All office-based staff are currently operating remotely, our IT and telephony systems are functioning accordingly, and this has helped us operate with little interruption.  All planned maintenance works have been scaled down at customer requests; once the lockdown has passed, we intend to resume as soon as is practicably possible.

During this period, we will maintain an adequate reaction team across the UK and Northern Ireland to deal with any call outs or maintenance works that require attention.  In order to ensure no interruption in this service we have pooled resources with the other companies in our group.  Should you require a call out during this time, you may be attended to by an employee from one of our other companies:

By using all companies within our group, we can offer reactive call outs for Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Locksmith Services & CCTV.

All technicians will have the necessary skills to attend to your relevant requirements.  As normal any requests are best going through [email protected] from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, for all out of hours please phone 01772 693777 and your call will be attended to.
