We dry clean everything from ties to wedding dresses and everything in between. All garments are inspected once they arrive and any stains highlighted. All garments will be dry cleaned and then hand finished using our state of the art finishing equipment. At this point we ensure that all garments are crease and wrinkle free. Seams and collars will be perfectly pressed leaving you with that new garment feel and look everyone loves. All garments are bagged & sealed in our bespoke packaging. They will be hung and ready for your collection. Attached to our dry cleaning shop is a large modern spacious launderette with coin operated washing machines. We also offer a fully managed laundry service. As part of this service we will wash, fold and bag all washing to a high standard. All washing after drying will feel lovely and soft to the touch thanks to our commercial gas dryers. We offer a seven day and same day service. We also offer a free pick up and drop off service subject to terms. We offer specialised cleaning for wedding dresses, bridal and vintage items. Your garments are in safe hands with us. We offer a comprehensive curtain service which ranges from our traditional counter service in the shop to a fully managed Gold Service. For the Gold Service, we will come out to your home, take down your curtains, then arrange a mutually convenient time to come back and rehang your curtains when they are clean. We also offer a relining service. All curtains are pre-treated for stains prior to cleaning. They are then dry cleaned, steamed and pressed to a new condition. We also wash and dry clean any size loose upholstery. After dry cleaning the upholstery will be hand finished using our commercial steam presses to deliver that as a new finish. We have an in house expert with over 50 years of experience in sewing alterations and repairs. We can provide advice and accommodate any repair or alteration needed. This includes everything from replacement zips, taking up hems to re-lining garments, curtains and more. We have the skills whatever the job! You can either drop and run or arrange to meet our seamstresses who will be happy to talk to you and discuss your exact needs. When you drop off your laundry or dry cleaning we will also highlight any repairs or missing buttons as standard. We are specialists in duvet cleaning. We offer a full service which includes pre-spotting stains all the way through to sanitising your beloved duvet. We launder all types of duvet from feather to polyester. Your duvet will be returned in duvet packaging, clean, fresh and ready to use. We operate a free pick up and drop off service throughout Portsmouth and surrounding areas. Used this Launderette a few times and had no problems. They give a great service here. I have only positive things to say. They do everything that's expected here from washing, drying, ironing, you can rent carpet cleaning vacuum from here and much much more. The woman who runs it is so lovely and kind. The other staff members are really nice too.

This company are amazing. I recently have really struggled with my laundery due to physcial health deteriorating the collection and delivery service is so helpful. My washing is always lovely and clean and very neatly folding making it easy to put away too. Price is amazing too. No complaint whats so ever. Totally recommend them.

I'm very impressed! I needed five black bags laundered, almost everything my dad owns while he's in hospital. It would've taken me days to do at home & I'd never used a laundrette having always done our weekly laundry myself. I emailed for an estimate and got a reply from Debbie within half an hour, the price seemed fair, so the next day, a Sunday, late morning I took everything down, they said they could have it done today in a few hours, I laughed, I didn't need them the same day and didn't expect that much done the same day, but a few hours later I got a text saying it was all done, that's washed, dried, folded and placed in clean bags ready for collection with a price very close to what I'd estimated from the email!!!... Very, very impressed! Thank you sooo much!

I’ve been using Copnor Launderette for over 6 years as do other loyal customers. They’re a family run business and part of the local community. Their prices are amongst the lowest in Portsmouth, despite the rising energy costs which is rare in these times. What I respect is the fact they look after their customers- if you come in to wash they always ensure you have priority to a dryer, if you need something dry cleaned or any other of their services, they strive to get it done as soon as possible.They even text to let you know when to collect. Staff are helpful and friendly, and make you feel welcome whilst you wait for your washing/drying. So if your in the area and need a launderette, I highly recommend you pop in for a visit.
