Lovely family run business, who make a great team. Beautifull decor in the room I stayed in. Wi-fi available, modern tv, with Tea & Coffee facilities. Breakfast is catered for. Right by major roads to get around easily. Panoramic view's of Portsmouth & surround's only a short walk away from Portsdown Hill. Made to feel welcome & looked after very well by the owner's.

Breakfast was good friendly staff. Alot of customers placed by council. No visitors allowed hence the reason for my rating. Also shared bathroom.

The owners are fantastic couldn't ask for better people to host a guest house,,,,, great value for money and the breakfasts are 100% amazing,,,,,, rooms are very clean and comfortable I couldn't of asked for a better B&B to stay in,,,,, many thanks to Jackie and mo and all the staff there xx
