Buying goods online is not, as we are now discovering, always cheaper. And no amount of totally unverifiable reviews are going to help you decide what to buy! So imagine a shop that has trained, knowledgeable staff that will help you make a good decision. Imagine also a wide range of goods available in one place to try different sizes so that you can make an informed decision. All without a single trip to the queue at the post office! Cotswold Outdoor is such a place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can even book an hour's appointment with someone who actually knows what they're talking about. This is 1 high street retailer that I hope Amazon never drives into the ground.
