Asked if they could help with removal of nail varnish from linen dress. The lady who dealt with me was so warm and friendly and managed (against all the odds) to remove the marks. I am incredibly grateful and absolutely delighted as the dress was new too!

The service at this dry cleaners is amazing. I personally cannot rate it highly enough. I took a jacket there a while ago which I had had cleaned elsewhere and it had been rendered unwearable. County cleaners brought it back to life for me. Because of that I have continued to use them. Last week I took in a jacket and a pair of trousers. The trousers had really bad stains down the front of both legs from a face makeup bottle which had dropped on the floor and exploded onto my clothes. As they were machine washable I had tried all sorts to get the stains out myself but to no avail and I was going to throw them out. Instead, I took them to County Cleaners. I picked them up today in perfect condition. All stains have gone. The cream coloured jacket was also stain free and looking perfect. I definitely will not be going anywhere else with my dry cleaning.

Staff seem to have a habit of ignoring you. They really need to improve their customer service in this day and age otherwise customers will vote with their feet!

Shirt had a stain left. Apparently as they have used detergent and bleach the job is done no matter what a result. They don’t see the problem. Looks like quality of service is not a priority.

Brought in a italian woolen coat that hadn't been cleaned for a few years and was relatively soiled. When I collected it, I was amazed and pleased, not a shred of dirt left and it smelt fresh and ready for another winter!
