I have two children at Cranmore, of different sexes and abilities. They have only been there just over a year but all teachers and staff I have come across have been wonderful at identifying both children's needs. Any issues are addressed quickly and you as a parent are listened to. The facilities at the school are incredible but most importantly I have happy children who have discovered a passion for learning and love going to school.

My son joined Cranmore aged seven (form one) from a co-ed state junior school. He settled in extremely well and we have seen him develop so much in the last three years. The teachers he has had are fabulous, readily available and respond to queries (however small) very quickly. The pastoral care is solid and the opportunities he has been given ( academically, musically and through sport) are fabulous. Couldn't recommend the school enough.

A poor experience and very stressful as soon as I left I felt what school is actually supposed to be like. The head master has made multiple poor decisions and does not react to terrible things like bullies as seiriousley as it should be taken. I know this as I had the experience of being bullied myself at this school. Sports department have a couple of not very nice teachers and 1 bully teacher. The music department is fantastic and the music teachers are inspiring but that does not overcome the stress and bad experience of this school. The facilities are alright: the swimming pool is 25 meters, hygienic and indoor but you have to walk from the changing rooms to the swimming pool through 1 of the locker rooms in your swimming kit. The ICT department has only one teacher who does lost of activities but never finishes them before he moves onto the next activity so you don’t learn for any of them. The school also only goes to year 8 so you have to do a eleven plus and a thirteen plus so it can be incredibly stressful and hard. I would never recommend this school.

We've had a fabulous experience at the school. The teaching has generally been very good and at times really inspirational and supportive. Our child has really enjoyed the extra curricular activities. The music offer and support is out-standing as is the sport.
