Very disappointed by Christina’s customer service, she didn’t inform me that she would be doing highlights on my roots which is not what I wanted. She didn’t have time to dry my hair and upon drying my hair when I got home I discovered that the dye wasn’t blended properly with my exiting bleached hair, and that the shampoo hadn’t been washed out of my hair properly. I returned to the salon in hopes that she would offer to fix it for me, however she told me I would have to pay extra to fix it and her attitude changed completely towards me when I told her I wasn’t happy. Quite upset as Christina is a lovely lady and I was very disappointed that she didn’t want to help me.

Cristina is just fabulous - I would travel miles for her. She has ideas, and her cut lasted through and grew out during the lockdown so I never looked a mess. All her staff are great. Never go anywhere else.
