Genuinely the rudest person recieved me, walked up to find out about the car shops in town for my own - was instantly told I wasn't welcome & to please leave, citing my presence was a danger to "health & safety". Never going here, nor would I ever want to. Likely recieved so poorly because I was dressed in my overalls - I doubt I could feel more unwelcome. The recipient to the review is hopefully this person, as is trying to shoot me down with citing "he said he was looking at mooring but was looking at the river". As if they are related & I was apparently suggesting my mooring for a steel barge will be on a 1 foot deep river? Nor was I even given an option to "address the member of staff appropriately" as she didn't let me speak "Uhhh can I help you?" "Hi Im not sure yet I was looking for a mooring spot nearby and.." (I was about to ask for details on who I can speak to for the yard services, very glad I didn't get the chance) "This is private property please leave, health and safety" (this is a shop) "..right..health and safety" "Yeah health and safety (now raising her voice and yelling at me) AND YOU'RE NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER"

I honestly cannot praise Cropredy Bridge Garage enough. The quality of their work is as good as it gets. Their communication skills put many companies to shame. There's always someone there to answer your questions. I booked my Jensen Interceptor in for some bodywork repairs and a colour change. At every step of the way, photographs were taken so that I could see the car's progress. The level of detail that Cropredy Bridge go to is mind blowing. One of Cropredy Bridge's employees (Dan) actually came in at his own cost one weekend to perfect the work on my car and this is the sort of dedication you get with this company. The end result was simply amazing and I now have my Jensen back at my home and inspect the end result every day, and each day I walk away from the garage with a big smile. My thanks go to Matt, Mark, Danny and Steve for their professionalism and meticulous care they have taken with my Jensen Interceptor that sets a standard that few will equal. Anyone in need of a top drawer specialist need look no further than this specialist..... they're simply the best.

We found Cropredy Cars to be very expensive, slow to communicate progress and made straight forward diagosis complicated. Steve was the only person who cared about our concerns but sadly we had no option but to take our Interceptor to another Jensen specialist, please be careful.
