I am writing this when the wifi has been down for 6days and the managerment had a go at me for not going to my weekly nurse appointment because I they didn't knew the number of 67 Crossbrook Street as because I don't currently live there but at 65 Crossbrook Street. What a joke. I got abused by a member of staff last week for no reason
