Landlord and landlady were very welcoming. The people who brought the food out were very polite as well. This is the first time I've been here. My first impression was that this is a very well run establishment. The food did not disappoint either. I had the hot pot and my wife had chicken with Cumberland sausage and wrapped in bacon. Nothing left on our plates 😁😀 Would definitely recommend. Very reasonable price. Next time we are in the area we will be back 👍

A friendly and welcoming Inn. We chose this because they welcome dogs and include a separate dog menu with starters and mains. This means that you can enjoy your own meals whilst your dog tucks into their meal. Rooms were great and a nice warm shower. Good location right in the centre. Recommended.

The food and service were lovely and warm. The prices were a little bit higher than I would normally expect but it was well worth the price. They are dog friendly and even include doggie treats on the menu. A very refreshing change 😜

Stayed a few nights at Mews Cottage. A lovely one-rooom with a very comfortable double-bed. Layout-wise, is very nicely arranged with two large-sized comfy-for-lying down type of sofas. It has everything from toaster to washing machine. And, conveniently located just across a big Co-op supermarket. Very quiet road and you can hear a thing from the bedroom. The double-head shower is just amazing. Thanks for a such a lovely stays at this cottage.

A rather excellent find. This dog friendly sports bar with an excellent local produce menu. Reasonable price for both liquids and solids. Highly recommended, but no car park. But it is located centrally in the town.
