Audi purchase 2022 I cannot say how fantastic crystal motors are ….. from first contact to last they are a truly professional company…. Louise was the star from day 1 a truly professional lady made the buying process so simple she did everything from all the paperwork and the registration of vehicle taxing and change of personal plate and delivery of my new car she would call all throughout the sale on time at a time I requested and completed all documentation for me …. Car was delivered on time and fully serviced and in absolutely immaculate condition with all appropriate paperwork…. I would recommend crystal motors to anybody and hopefully will deal with them again in the future for my family …. my last comment is they made me feel they cared about the customer and the service they offered very much 5 star…

I recently purchased a used car from Crystal motor company after seeing a Ford focus with low mileage for the year. Called up and was able to view on the same day, car was also prepared just before the visit and kept out of the rain so body work could be checked over. Had no issues with the purchase and was made to feel welcome and comfortable with no high pressure sales. Would definitely buy again from them.

Just had a very positive experience with Crystal Motor Company and wanted to share it. Had placed a £100 deposit for a car, but had come to find one more local. Spoke to Louise (owner's daughter) and she sorted the refund instantly, going above and beyond in her customer service. She was extremely friendly, leaving me with a very positive opinion about the company and the ease in which they repaid my refund, thank you.

I just purchased a Fiat 500 1.2 lounge for my step-daughter. We are so pleased with the condition, history and standard of presentation of the car. The whole purchase experience with Adrian and his daughter was definitely all round 5 star. Thank goodness there are used car dealers like Crystal Motors who stand out from the crowd for professional service etc. Very highly recommended.

After finding the vehicle I made an expression of interest via the website. Within a few minutes I was contacted by Adrian who took me through the detail and also discussed my part exchange. Once we had agreed the deal I arranged to collect the car a few days later. On arrival I was met by Adrian who took me through the process in a very calm and professional way. Once the paperwork was completed another member of staff answered a few questions I had regarding the vehicle which was very helpful. The staff / service I experienced were fantastic. If you are looking for a vehicle I would definitely recommend Crystal Motors!
