carl green5 StarI have used CTS Security now for the last 3 years for both my business and also my home. I can honestly say that the service just gets better each time. I find them to be very helpful from start to finish, right from sales to the finished job. Both my business and my home are now fully protected thanks to CTS.
The installers are very polite and professional and alway go that bit extra to make sure I was happy. I actually think the guys left my property cleaner than when they started.

Deborah Chester1 StarVery disappointed with the service especially to my elderly auntie , she has been with then for 5 years, I have been using the alarm thats been monitored by CTS for the same time every month ... The yearly service was done, then the alarm didn't work "straight after the service". It was working perfectly fine before the service. " problem it would not set and kept bleeping", they still charge her for the service and another call out and put it down to customer error when setting the alarm ...after 5 years of using the alarm why would we forget how to use it now ... funny the alarm started to work fine after they came back ...Saturday 10th October 2020
Colette Archer1 StarTried to contact CTS via email on two occasions to get a quote but received no response. I then called and was asked to email, to which I emailed again the third time and still no response. Contacted a competitor who came out within 24hours to complete a survey. Wouldn’t recommend CTS if you’re in need of a quick quote.Tuesday 19th May 2020
