I purchased my new Cupra Born from Letchworth. Everyone was welcoming. I was very happy with the process from purchasing the car to the pick up. Chris was the Product Advisor who help me. All my questions were answered along the way. I would definitely recommend Cupra Letchworth, Chris and the Cupra Born to Family and Friends.

Had been looking to change my Ford Puma for something different. I sent various online enquiries to Cupra, Skoda and Seat dealerships about their available stock. Some made contact and said they would come back to me - never heard from them again, some didn’t bother to call me at all and others just didn’t seem interested in trying to do a deal and were offering a really poor allowance for my car. By chance, I was having a final look through Autotrader and found a Cupra Formentor with the spec I had been trying to find, albeit 265 miles away from where I live. I completed an online enquiry and have to say how impressed I was at the speed of the response I received from Geovannie Simms. He is knowledgable, professional, friendly and very helpful. He is very service driven and couldn’t do enough to help me. A few hours later and we had agreed a deal and I paid a reservation fee for the car. The following week leading up to handover, I found Geo to be incredibly helpful when I had further questions and he made me feel valued as a customer and I feel it was worth the 530 mile round trip that we undertook to acquire the car. In my opinion Geo is a great asset to the Cupra Sales Team and I would recommend him and Cupra Letchworth to anyone considering buying a Cupra or Seat.

My car was booked in for a Service and MOT and I noticed that my coolant level was dropping consistently and spotted a leak a week before I was due the visit (the infamous water pump issue on the MK3 Cupra). Highly rate Nick C for a) fitting it in at such short notice and b) keeping me informed every step of the way c) carrying out the work to a very high standard. I wouldn't take my Cupra to anywhere else. Thank you.

Picked up my new Cupra Born yesterday and I am super impressed. I love the car feels so comfortable to drive. Chris S was super helpful throughout keeping me and my partner updated even though at times I was unable to answer he ensured I stayed updated throughout. Chris was super welcoming, friendly,and made the whole experience amazing and stress free. 100% recommend buying from here and especially from Chris.
