With 30 years experience as an estate agent working in some of the prime markets in Surrey, Branch Manager, Garry Collins FNAEA, brings a vast amount of experience to our Guildford office. Guildford has an excellent selection of property. Within the town centre there are small apartments to grand period town houses, there is also a good selection of well established roads surrounding the town catering for the larger and more individual types of property. To the south of Guildford lay the Surrey Hills, an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’ and home to some of the prettiest villages within the county, where some incredibly large homes with land are available. The town centre remains popular with both with commuters and investors.

They presented and marketed our house really well and dealt diligently with issues elsewhere in the chain when they arose. Sabrina5 StarIt was Feb ‘22 when we decided to sell our house through Curchods Guildford. We made the decision based simply on the fact that they seemed to market the most properties in the area we were looking to buy and Garry (who came out to value our property) made us feel as though we’d be in safe hands. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. It’s been a VERY challenging time to sell a house and buy another one - very little on the market, huge competition for every property - plus we had a tiny search area and needed to buy and sell within a tight timeframe.
Fortunately, Ben Williams was put in charge of our sale and he really went the extra mile. Over the months it’s taken to get to the point of exchange, he’s responded to every one of my relentless emails with dedication, professionalism and the optimistic belief that we’d get there in the end. We simply wouldn’t have succeeded in selling our house in time and at the price we wanted if it hadn’t been for Ben working tirelessly on our behalf.
